Bills passed by the State Legislature and signed into law by the sitting governor are implemented by California’s many regulatory agencies and departments. CGA works with member companies and regulators to ensure compliance and to share feedback from the implementation process. In turn, the relationships the Association maintains with regulatory agencies help sustain the health of the larger ecosystem for grocery retailers and their customers.
