As grocery retail continues its massive transformation, the need for loss prevention, safety, risk management professionals to stay current has never been more important. By leveraging its tremendous statewide grocery retail support, CGA works with grocery Enterprise Risk Protection (ERP) staff throughout California to provide a forum to discuss common problems, share new ideas and best practices, and discover the latest technological advancements, while providing a vehicle for meaningful ERP networking.
Enterprise Risk Protection Committee
The ERP Committee brings together like-minded professionals in order to maintain safe and secure supermarket businesses for our customers and employees. It’s the ideal vehicle for providing educational programming designed to significantly improve ERP professionals ability to succeed. Committee members also lend their expertise to CGA in the areas of loss prevention, safety and risk management. This is accomplished through regional committee meetings, annual summits, webinars and an on-line community. Committee membership is open to all CGA member companies.
The ERP Committee facilitates professional education and has created a framework where retailers can solve problems collaboratively.
