Morgan Hill Polystyrene Food Containers And Service Ware

An expanded polystyrene ban in restaurants and other food facilities was adopted on October 2, 2013.

Details of regulation: Prohibits food vendors from providing or dispensing prepared food to a customer in a polystyrene foam food container. Exemptions include raw eggs and raw, butchered meat, fish, or poultry that is sold from a butcher case and undue hardship.
