Sacramento has created an update on its COVID response page that the links to the CDC guidelines encouraging face covering. The CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain (e.g., grocery stores and pharmacies) especially in areas of significant community-based transmission and does not recommend the use of N95 masks
