1. Utensils, which is defined as forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks, and
sporks;
2. Cups and condiment cups;
3. Straws, stirrers, splash sticks, and cocktail sticks; and
4. Containers, lids, and bowls.
5. Plates, napkins, cup lids, cup sleeves, food or beverage trays,
condiment packets and saucers, spill plugs, and toothpicks.
Prohibits Non-Compostable Single-Use Foodware Accessory Items.
