Details of regulation: Retail food establishments and food providers are prohibited from selling, handing out, giving away, or distributing to the public or customers prepared food in disposable food service ware that contains polystyrene foam. The City of Point Arena facility food providers may not provide prepared foods in disposable food service ware that contains polystyrene. The City of Point Arena departments, contractors, and lessees may not use disposable food service ware that contains polystyrene foam.
