Expanded polystyrene ban for food vendors, requirement that all takeout food packaging be recyclable or compostable. Section 8.40.860 of Municipal Code.

Details of regulation: Any establishment located within the City of Fremont which provides prepared food or beverages is prohibited from providing expanded polystyrene food service ware (Styrofoam).
