Expanded polystyrene foodware ban, adopted in December of 2014, effective June 1, 2015.

Details of regulation: Prohibits food vendors from selling or otherwise providing food in polystyrene foam disposable food service ware. Exemptions include undue hardship.

Ordinances:

No. 2187 – Being an Ordinance of the City of Campbell Adding Chapter 6.30 to the City of Campbell Municipal Code Regulating the Distribution of Polystyrene Foam Disposable Food Service Ware by Food Vendors and Amending Section 6.10.020 of the Municipal Code to Declare Violations of Chapter 6.30 to be a Public Nuisance.
