CGA Share Groups

CGA has created share groups to provide a forum for grocery industry professionals with similar interests to discuss challenges and opportunities, share best practices and network with their peers. Share Groups meet three times a year and are open to all CGA members (retailers, suppliers, wholesalers, etc.). To participate in a share group, email the CGA administrator, or call (916) 448-3545.

Hispanic Store Format

The CGA Hispanic Store Format Share Group brings together grocery industry leaders working in the Hispanic market segment.   This group offers participants an opportunity to connect with other professionals by discussing current trends, issues and challenges, and by sharing best practices that specifically impact Hispanic store format retailers.  By engaging with other professionals who are experiencing common issues and operational challenges, participants will directly benefit from the shared resources and diverse perspectives.

Next Generation

The Next Generation share group aims to develop the pipeline for the next generation of grocery industry leaders.   This group offers an opportunity for young leaders to connect by sharing resources and engaging with others who are passionate about their work in the industry.  The Next Generation share group also provides a platform through which members can discuss current trends, issues, and challenges, and can share best practices (i.e., marketing, human resources, succession planning, etc.).
