The State of California has enacted new Clear and Reasonable Warning regulations under Proposition 65 that take effect August 30, 2018, and will have a significant impact on any company’s overall. To best prepare Association members for this regulation enactment, CGA, along with the CGA Educational Foundation and Independent Operators Committee has created this Prop. 65 Resource Page with helpful implementation information.
The CGA Educational Foundation has hosted two webinars that serve as brief primers on the new Proposition 65 warning regulations that begin August 30, 2018. The webinars highlight how CGA members can manage their Prop. 65 risk under the new regulations. Both webinars featrued Prop. 65 expert, Leila Bruderer, Downey Brand LLC. Proposition 65 Grocery Compliance Toolkit
As part of its Grocery Compliance Toolkit program, the CGA Educational Foundation, along with the Independent Operators Committee (IOC) has created a specific resource toolkit to address the new Clear and Reasonable Warning regulations of Proposition 65.
