The CGA Strategic Conference has created special sponsorship packages that allow companies to maximize their involvement with retailers. Three sponsorship packages are offered to meet your needs and your budget.
Along with the high exposure and recognition, Blue Level Sponsors will be provided a Business Conference Suite for the duration of the Conference to conduct meetings. Red and White Sponsors are eligible to participate in Retailer Review Sessions.
It's all about involvement. The more you participate, the more you benefit. Regardless of the level you choose, by participating in Retailer Review Sessions or Business Conference Suites, you will meet with the customers you need to see.

For White and Red Level Sponsors, one of these meetings alone could more than pay for your trip to Las Vegas! Show management pre-arranges 20-minute meetings between key retailers and sponsors. We encourage you to utilize the Retailer Review Sessions and meet with new and existing customers. Past participants have named these meetings as THE most valuable and important aspect of the Conference.
Business Conference Suites
Blue Level sponsorship includes a Business Conference Suite.
Blue Level Sponsors have the opportunity for an exclusive Business Conference Suite on the show floor. These suites are designed to be used for business meetings, offering the perfect location and setting to meet with customers or potential customers based on your selection.
Where else can you meet with key retail companies for 40-minute meetings? Show Management pre-arranges meetings between retailers and Blue Level Sponsors. Suites will be open during the day Monday and Tuesday.
Here’s How it Works:
Show Management provides sponsors and exhibitors with a list of retailers participating in the meetings;
Sponsors and exhibitors indicate to Show Management those retailers, in order of preference, they would like to meet with;
Show Management then schedules meetings and communicates schedules to participants.
Retail selection for meetings is based upon when CGA receives your sponsorship or exhibit payment and application.
To ensure that these meetings are productive for all involved, certain guidelines will apply.
